The best way to start New Years Eve at a party, would be to get a large number of rubber swimming caps at a New Years party, so all the ladies could tuck in their long hair,under a swimming cap to make them appear to be bald, to celebrate simulated baldness, for New Year 2002.
Maybe some ladies could send pictures of there self with rubber swimming caps, to show simulated baldness and they would be able to save their hair.
